Bottle via the interweb. It pours clear blonde with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet, doughy white bread, malty biscuit, cereal, spicy, pepper and ginger, icing sugar and grass. The taste is firmly dry upfront, some sharpness, peppery spice, cereal, nutty, zesty citrus, biscuit, doughy white bread, grassy, straw, slap of booze and a touch of icing sugar with a drying, earthy finish. Medium+ body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Nice mouth-feel. It's ok..mm certainly not one of those super sweet estery tripels, but it has a certain rawness/sharpness to it.
