Medium brown colour. Aroma like chocolate-caramel candy, or maybe hot chocolate. Very sweet and candyish flavour. Like some sort of caramel cappucino powder. Not entirely awful, but definitely not for me.

Bottled. Mahogany colour, rich head. Intense chocolate aroma. Sweet with loads of cocoa and a soft rounded mouthfeel. The chocolate flavour is simply awesome, but well strong. Regardless if it’s balanced or not I like it a lot...

Dark amber color; creamy head. Malty aroma, light roasted malt and wood; light sourness? Nutty flavor, malty; drier at the end. Correct bitterness. Ordinary, just slightly above the average.

A hazy red beer with a small disappearing beige head. The aroma is very sweet (no wonder with the high ABV) with notes of caramel, Svanekes yeast, and hints of alcohol. The flavor is also very sweet with a good presence of hops both aroma and bitter versions, the Svaneke yeast, and hints of alcohol. The bitter hops gives a good balance to the sweetnes. It has a nice body.

Mahogany colour. Fruity rosehip aroma. Sweet, mlty and sugary. Rich, rounded mouthfeel. Notes of almonsd and some grassy bitterness. Excellent!

Good beige, fine bubbled head; dark brown beer with reddish shine. Warm nose, full of rich malts as chocolate, and dark German bread. Again a bready taste - German dark, a little acidity included. But all lined by a selfsure bitterness, part roasted malts, part a good deal of hops. I get a flavour reminding of 'Haagse hopsjes', Dutch coffee-flavoured toffees - after some time a sweetness peeks in. Very nice balance. Full bodied, warming. Some chalk-dryness. Most impressive is its balance. No tricks with a interminable lot of spices, just a decent, warming brew. Difficult even to believe it's not even 6%!

Deep red-amber, clear; huge creamy, lacey head. Diacetyl, caramel, bottom fermentation in the nose. Nutty (hazelnut) - quite OK! - hazelnut -butter, even meaty flavours. medium to full bodied. Aftertaste yields quite some hops. Again, too much diacetyl, but at the same time, the beer behind it is quite OK. God, LAGER your beers!

Pale amber; dense, cream-coloured head, dissipating. Very grassy, grain, again some diacetyl and toffee. Bitter flavour, not exactly hops, and crystal/roasted malts. Caramel, even sweet, but not very much. Warming up, both some more bitter, and some hazelnut-like flavours. A bit thin texture, however. Nice beer - generally sweet, but all other flavours make it quite palatable and give it quite some depth.

Red-amber; amber coloured head, very fast gone. Coloured malts, diacetyl, spicey and a bit of coffee in the nose. Coffee again in the taste, peanuts (arachide), touch of diacetyl. Caramel malts in the taste, and a very spicey-coffee palate. Well bodied, slightly slick mouthfeel (diacetyl?). Very surprising, but nice brew. Diacetyl is there, but blends itself in the rest of the flavours - just about right. Very rare too, big thanks to Jacob, Jens & Martin.
