Bottled. A cloudy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of elderflowers, wheat, and a bit of bananas. The flavor is sweet with notes of elderflowers, wheat, and bananas, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Bottle @ Home. Sourced @ Meny, Hjallesevej, Odense. Pours cloudy amber Copper with a creamy White head. Rich Malty, caramel and Dark fruity. Molasses. Sweet, but it has that lovely citrussy bitterness to balance it out. It is super tasty right now and yes reminding me of Old Foghorn. Lovely sipper with huge drinkability though 11,7%.

Bottle from HavnensVinOgTobakhus. Pours cloudy dark amber with large offwhite head. Aroma is malt, caramel, grain, biscuit, spruce, and grapefruit. Taste is medium to very sweet, light to medium bitter and light acidic. Body is creamy with soft carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and bitter with notes of malt, grain, caramel, biscuit, brown sugar, spruce, grapefruit, orange and hints of anise.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Black, minimal brown head. Aroma of licorice, pepper and and dark bread. Mid sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Brown sugar, grapefruit, burnt caramel. Resinous bitter finish with warming alcohol. Interesting and well made beer!
