Bottle shared at CBJ - many thanks to Reubs. Pours clear, deep brown with a bubbly, beige head. Medium sweet flavour with rich well toasted bread, earthy hops, toffee, dried semi-dark fruits, a little wood, booze. Full bodied, lightly oily, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, rich toasted malts, burnt toffee, hearty booze, golden raisins. Punchy stuff, good fun.

Bottle thanks to Reubs. Near opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Dark chocolate malts, boozy, a little spice. Modest caramel. A light and spicy finish. Tidy, if another BW that could reasonably pass for an Impy.
