Description
Redemption is one of the pioneering founders of London’s craft beer movement and was the first brewery in Tottenham, North London in almost 100 years. We started back in 2010 and are still brewing the kind of beers you'll love drinking with your mates at the pub today.

We are 100% independently owned and brew beers brimming with flavour and complexity, the kind of pint you'll find yourself returning to time and time again. Your new favourite.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2021 - Hackney. Pours clear, rich gold with a bubbly, white head. Lightly sweet, reminds me of iced tea, with soft raspberry and lemon, dry pale malts, light bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Pretty well balanced finish, more iced tea vibes, light raspberry seed bitterness. Enjoyable one.

Cask at Moon under Water, Wolverhampton. Pours a slightly hazy “bitter brown” with a strong white head and good lacing. There is a vague aroma of rotting fruit for this one. The mouthfeel is mainly grains and malts with a rather watery texture, but a deeper search detects spices and dried fruit. Spicy hops in the finish. There is a very old-school beer – it’s reasonable.
