Description
Redemption is one of the pioneering founders of London’s craft beer movement and was the first brewery in Tottenham, North London in almost 100 years. We started back in 2010 and are still brewing the kind of beers you'll love drinking with your mates at the pub today.

We are 100% independently owned and brew beers brimming with flavour and complexity, the kind of pint you'll find yourself returning to time and time again. Your new favourite.

Pretty cloudy amber to beige beer, practically no head. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, lots of cow fodder. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, meh. Aftertaste: pretty watery, very thin, not a lot of flavour, alas... Don't like it.

Pretty clear blond beer, big creamy irregular white head, unstable, bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, tropical fruits, interesting, very hoppy, love it! MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, resinous, grapefruit, very hoppy, bit sourish, lemony touch. Aftertaste: bitter, dry, grassy, bit malty, meh, underwhelming. Had more potential judging from the smell.

Draught @ Borefts 2019 Odd messy aroma with overripe fruits and yeast. Flavour has green apples, some yeast and malt. Also cardboard and wet paper. Messy and odd all the way, drinkable though.
