Bottle 750ml. corked.Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, red apples, thin ice cider alike aroma. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, apple, apple skin. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft - fizzy, finish feel has alcoholic notes. [20130216]

Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, light horse blanket and cheese. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, swet apple, wood - oak. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. Bottle, 75cl. An almost clear one, pale golden in color, with some bubbles. The aroma is quite sweetish with apples. Some orchard notes. Dry on the palate, quite carbonated and thin. Apples in the flavor, with some acidity. A rather boring one, but not unpleasant. 130216

Bottle @ The 4th Annual Fastelavns-Smagning Ulfborg, 2013. Pours clear pale no color with tiny bubbles on top. Sweet red apples. Tart and astringent flavor with green apples and barnyard. Quite rough and dry flavor.
