12 oz. can. Pale golden color, with a small, fleeting, bubbly, grey head. Nose is rose water, light lemon juice, hay, and caramel. Sweet, with a touch of soundness and a bit of yeasty esters. Light body, acidic, syrupy, and clean. This is a weak, thin, and disappointing witbier.

16oz pour at Odyssey Gastropib in Colorado Springs. Pours a murky brown with some wispy white head. Nose has brown sugar, malt, toffee, bread crust, some toasted almond. Flavor has malt and toffee, mild toast, some tobacco leaf, cracker, a little chocolate. Dry finish. Well made.
