Can via Beer Republic. Lots of oxidated caramelly resiny character. Medium sweetness, high bitterness, med-thin body, medium carbonation. Hops character muted, general resiny, zesty, fruitiness, but not feeling fresh. Average-goodish.

A decent but common pale lager. Slightly more sweet than bitter with enough carbonation to balance. Kind of reminds me of a helles.

750ml bottle pulled from the cellar. Bottled May 2010, #1872. Pours clear dark mahogany with a medium sized beige head, light lacing. Brown sugar, dark fruit, woody, vanilla, leather. I was a little scared when I pulled this out and saw that it's an oak aged lager. Wow, I was wrong.
