Pint can. Pours a vibrant amber color with a large sandy head. Smells of light fruity Belgian yeast and floral hops. Has a deep sweetness, light yeast, and moderate floral presence. Different, but good.

16oz can from Brewers Haven. Brass colored pour, lasting creamy white head. Malty aroma, Belgian yeast just under the surface, orange. Taste is sweet and fruity, spice/savory notes pick at the palate. Buttery flavors throughout. Solid from start to finish.

500ml bottle. Dark brown, murky, patchy head. Aroma is a bouquet of raisins, brown sugar, plums, wood. Taste stays on target, sweet, pit fruit, yeasty, oak. Spot on.

16oz can from HomeBrewStuff. Pale, cloudy golden, with a thin, creamy white head. Sweet aroma, fruity, grassy. Taste brings notes of orange, bready malts, very light yeasty notes. I'm getting more witbier notes than Tripel. Sampled this after another more traditional Tripel, and I find it lacking.

16oz can from Boise Co-op. Cloudy, pale golden pour with an airy, bubbly head. Aroma is Belgian yeast and coriander. Taste is mildly sweet, yeasty, lemon, savory. Nice velvety feel too.

Fairly hazy deep golden and light copper coloured body with a nice, but fast-dying and mellow pure white head that starts off at two centimetres and fades to just a thin layer after a few minutes. Aroma of light wheat, some grass, a small dose of curacao, a hint of coriander seed freshness and yes, interestingly enough some black peppercorns and more white pepper notes with a drying malt noticeable in the nose. Medium-bodied; Fairly rich wheatie notes show at first with a good balance that provides enough support for the deeper full oranges, light lemon peel and some deeper curacao and coriander seed notes that follow right behind, but again the dryness and 'darker' flavours of the pepper is noticeable towards the end. Aftertaste shows some dryness from the malts with a little bit of hops here as well and a slight kick of alcohol warmth that shows up right at the end along with a touch of sweetness from the fruits. Overall, a pretty nice and balanced, full-of-flavour beer that has pepper notes of course, but a bunch of the yeast, wheat, coriander seed and especially citrus flavours (full oranges, curacao and lemons here) that make this nice to drink, even in the middle of summer, which is when I had it, and not in the measly Oregon summer, this is in the heat of Washington! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Trader Joe's in Bend, Oregon on 29-March-2021 for US$3,00, part of Batch #305 (from bottom of can) sampled at my house here in Washington on the other end of the country on a hot day here in the summer on 22-August-2022.

16oz can from Brewers Haven. Dark brown pour with a fizzy beige head. Immediate aroma of raspberries, followed by chocolate, boozy notes. Taste is sweet, a small blast of berries, then rich chocolatey flavors. Plums underlay all of this and the ABV comes in near the finish. I'm really starting to like these guys a lot.

16oz can from Brewers Haven. Mahogany pour, thin film of beige head. Yeasty aroma, tannins, tobacco, raisins, prunes. Taste brings a tinge of sweetness, Belgian yeast flavors, pit fruit, light tingle at the back. Pretty damn authentic.

On tap at BitterCreek Boise Lightly foggy pale golden. Fine dense lasting off white head. Nice smooth full bodied. Not getting much peppercorn but smooth and pleasant. With a hint of the continental wit yeast.
