Instant is the crazy story of the three of us, friends overwhelmed by the love of beer. United first through studies at Sciences Po (Dijon then Paris), we were already more in the hop drink than in history, economics and law ... After years of studious and successful ... neither satisfaction, nor did the blooming seem to be there. What was then a passion gradually became our profession. Moving from kitchens to garages, we refined our recipes, and in early 2017, the first L’Instant beer from our facilities was born. Since then, we have offered nearly 9 different beers to lovers of good beers. Our credo: to be inspired by the best world brewing traditions to offer beers to put on all the good tables, local beers, full of flavor and balanced.
Faced with the constantly increasing demand for our beers, we decided to brew in "gypsy", that is to say to rent the facilities of fellow brewers in order to go and produce our beers in larger quantities. The goal: to develop in order to be able to acquire our own production equipment of a larger size ... and to offer you even more L'Instant hoppy creations!

Draught @ Capsule, Lille after walking around the Musee de Beaux Arts. Deep dark appearance, dark brown head. Good complex stout.. chocolatey with deep dark fruits and light roasty moments. Dark chocolatey linger. Nice.

440ml can from Brasserie Chromatique. Pours a dark purple, very thin pinkish white head. Fleeting red berry hints on the nose. Quite light in tone on the palate, a little watery, with fleeting red berry shades.. not much going on here unfortunately.

22/1/2025. Can shared by minutemat, cheers Mat! Pours unclear copper amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is rich, tropical fruits, piney, orange, stone fruits, hint of spice. Starts quite bitter, with sweetness building. Medium body, soft carbonation. Decent.

440ml can from Le Chais, Hazebrouck. Pours a misty gold, not massively hazy, good white head. Overipe exotics on the nose. Bold sweet TIPA character, medium bodied, good hoppy citrus notes, pretty satisfying overall.

Hazy amber/dark orange pour with a lasting white head,Aromas of malt, (dark) bread, some spices; taste is marmelade, bread/grain, some spices - the elevated ABV makes for a smooth finish. Not bad at all...

Bof, bof...
