HUGE thanks to SinH4. Bottle sampled on train pre-ZBF 2018. Darker orange golden. Nose is warming brandy, sugar, sweeter side of ice-cider, caramel, sweet brandy & caramel. Taste is caramel, brandy, sugar, walnut oxidation, caramel, sugar, oak, much oak, walnut, caramel, sweet ice-cider. Highly delicious thick rich caramel, sugar, apple.

Taster, courtesy of SinH4, thanks! Pours cleary ruby. Aroma is apple pie, dust, marmalade. Body is liquor, strong apples, jam, booze. Very intense, rough, with edges. A bit too much.

Bottle shared at Jonas place. A clear dark amber colour. Aroma of riped red fruits, honey, caramel, apples. Taste of riped apples, ca, red berries, honey, boozy.

Bottle. Nose is intense apple, liquors. Palate is harsh apple, pear, Peach, nutty finish. A bit too intense for my taste.

Amber. Aroma is spirit, alcohol, some apple and raisins, very phenolic. Taste is much nut oils, much barrel falvours, bitter alcohol and spirit. Quite harsh and phenolic. Also frangelico comes to mind. Apple finish, also sweet apfelstrudel flavours. Not bad.

Square bottle. Chestnut, light hazy, layering. Roast apples, chestnut, apple jam, light booze. Dry sour apple, wood vanilla notes, rosehip/perfume, dusty old barrel, almonds, light boozy finish.

Bottle shared by Jack, thanks! Pours a clear deep gold with a a white head that starts that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has rich sweet apple with a bit of tart apple underlying. Flavor has sweet apple with a bit of caramel and a hint of cinnamon underlying.

Bottle. Deep copper color with no head. Aroma is apples, nutty, moldy cellar, caramel, vanilla. Taste is nutty, cellar, intense caramelized apple, honey, vanilla, oak, gummybears. Viscous oily mouthfeel, flat. Warming nutty finish with booze notes in there. Interesting and very good, but there are better and more balanced Ice Ciders.
