(Cask at Euston Tap, Euston, London, 19 July 2011) Golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of grass, citrus and biscuity malt. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grass, peaches, biscuits, a slightly soapy malt character and a generous, fresh, grassy bitterness in the finish. Light body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty, refreshing and highly drinkable. Very nice.

On cask at Euston Tap. Clear pale gold with lasting white head. Really sherberty hop aroma. Yes the hops are good but you have to have enough pale malt behind it. Its good but almost to the point of radox shower gel on the pineyness. Good stinging hop finish. Settles down but lacks a touch of balance

Cask at the Euston Tap. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a mild, white foam head. Great citrus aroma, grapefruit and orange, some grass and pine, bit of straw and toasty malts. Flavor is light to medium sweet, very well balanced, some grassy hops, light dirt, rindy citrus. Light bodied with fine to average finish. Semi hard finsh, some gravel, good balance, though, more grass and bitter grapefruit, some faint honey and sun-kissed malts and straw. Solid beer, utterly drinkable.

Cask at the Euston Tap. Pours amber-gold with a filmy, white head. Some piney hops on the nose with a bit of citrus and toast. Medium sweet flavor with grapefruit bitters, light resin and pine. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Fine, slightly oily finish, resinous, more pine and light earth, some leaves and toasty malts. A decent beer. Good start for this new brewery.
