Pours straw with a large, lasting head.Nose shows lemon, funky Brett notes, soft herbal coriander and orange blossom. Very light and refreshing smelling.More floral and lemon notes as flavours along with soft wheat. There’s a soft acidity and some funky Brett but it’s pretty restrained. Also a lemon custard notes, sorachi ace style. Could use more acidity, seems a bit weak at the moment. Very drinkable though.Nice light body and mod-high carbonation.

750 ml corked and caged bottle purchased at Zipps in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Batch #2 APR/2012 on bottle. Opens with a very loud pop. The pour is hazed white yellow with a billowy 4 inch white head. A bunch of tiny effervescent bubbles climb from the center of the glass. The aroma is rounded peach fruit, hops, along with super well integrated dry leather Brett. There is a touch of grass and coriander, but this is about the hops and Brett. The taste is dry Brett musty leather up front, followed by citrus floral hop, woodiness and the finish has an interesting black pepper spice to go along with the dry Brett. The palate is medium to light bodied, active soft natural carbonation and a woody bone dry Brett finish. Super nice beer, right up my alley. Glad I found it and had a chance to try it.

Location: 750 ml bottle from Buy Rite, 9/11/12

Aroma: The nose has a good amount of brett, with wheat, herbal notes, and some citrus hop
Appearance: It pours a bright golden color with a thick, fizzy foam of white head and medium lace
Flavor: The taste is a really nice, and fairly balanced, combination of funk, wheat, and bitter hops
Palate: The body is medium, it has a both a slightly creamy, and slightly fizzy feel, with a lengthy, dry finish
Overall Impression: I wasn't paying attention the so-called milestone, but I should have rated this one at 2400, because this is a milestone worthy beer. Anyway, this was another really, really good one from Anchorage. I'm starting to sound like a broken record on these guys' beers, but out of the one's I've tried they are 4/4 on being world class-level beers. Obviously, I really enjoyed this one.
