750 ml. Cloudy, deep gold body. Off-white, fizzy head. Big aroma of grapefruit, mustiness, lacquer, citrus, spice, orange peel. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. The funky brett combined with citrus results in a taste of grapefruit on the edge of being overripe. Hints of biscuit, oak. Too juicy in the finish for a saison. But style aside, this is an interesting beer. And really enjoyable to drink. Thanks wnoble.

Pour is a cloudy orange with a large white head. Aroma is nice. Lots of fruit and pepper with a nice sour from the barrel. Flavor is equally as nice with lot of citrus fruit, green hops and lots of funk. It a cross between an IPA, Belgain ale and sour. Very tasty and each sip brings something different out.

Another tasty brewed provided by Dallas. This corked and caged 75cl bottle pours totally opaque pale gold with white head. The aroma is both tart and funky with a bit of acidity and a bit of earthy moldy citrus. The taste has a good deal of bitter tartness with citrus acidity and some old expired citrus like funkiness. Around these notes thereβs also mild wheat notes off in the background. Good stuff.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a big white head. Aroma of brett, dry white wine, and dry citrus peel - hints more at a hoppy saison. Flavour of dry citrusy hops, white wine, dry orange / lemon zest, some slight oak, brett, little malt backing, but also little semblance of an IPA. Great complexity and as a beer in itself is fantastic, but it sort of tries to do too much - certainly wouldn't classify this as an IPA, maybe a hoppy saison. Nevertheless, excellent beer.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange amber with a beige head. Aroma of orange peel / zest, some tropical fruits, some white wine qualities and coriander. Flavour is quite vinous and fruity, with white wine oak upfront, balanced beautifully by intense tropical fruits, some orange / lemon zest and typical Belgian yeast. Delicious mixture of flavours - awesome saison.

Pour is a nice peachy color with a large white head. Aroma is sour from the pinot. Then comes some yeast and citrus fruit. Flavor is sour tart fruit to start then comes some stong but not overpowering pepper. Finish has more tart fruit and a nice vanilla. Itβs kinda like a sour\saison hybrid and it works.
