On tap at Himawari, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt, not much hop character. Flavour is laid back, with biscuity malt, not much else. Clean and restrained. Pretty boring. Meh.

Dunkel malziger, mild herber Antrunk. Deutlich getreidig, dunkel, weich. Nuancen von Hopfen und Espresso, dezent bitter. Vollmundig, langer, trocken malziger Nachhall. 9/10/11/11//11

The nose is flowery, a bit malty. The beer starts malty-dry. Even a bit roasted. The flowery aroma is a bit under the malty layer, smooth and nice, but not too hoppy. The aftertaste is dry, malty, sloghtly floral and a bit earthy-dusty.
