Huge aroma of fresh cedar and juniper. Like grabbing a handfull of fresh spring growth from a cedar shrub. As i dive in i notice lots of citrus hops, and some light honey. The flavor is a big dose of cedar and grapefruit. A very bitter pithy grapefruit. Intense bitter finish, great stuff.

Very spicy nose. Herbal tea, powdered tea, lavender, rose hips.
Carb is a little high, but no biggie. Very dry bitter finish with a rose water finish mixed with some light tea and grassy hops. Very complex.

Hazy golden pour, huge white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, yeasty esters, and some sour funk. The funk is there, and there is a nice peperiness you would find in a saison too. Flavor is quite dry, and fruity with some more sourness. The carbonation is a little over the top, and it does take away from my enjoyment, but other than that, this is a great saison. A nice beer but I just fine if lacks that saison crisp, refreshing lightness, it seemed a little too dense and heavy.

Beer pours out quite thick and a very dark brown with a thick fluffy mocha head with aesome lacing. Aroma is juicy piney hops, sweet malty caramel, and sweet rye bread. Flavor is hoppy but the rye also makes an appearance. Lots of nice caramel bready sweet malts. Wow I love this.

Very very dark brown pour with s thick mocha head. Sweet bready malts in the aroma, with some hazel nut and subtle hops. Flavor is quite malt forward and pretty one dimensional. I’m not as impressed with this beer as I was sbout some of this breweries other offerings,
