Can from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Aroma is fruity hops with lots of oak, some vanilla, orange, grapefruit, lychee, biscuity malt, and soft tropical notes. Flavour is light sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Fruity and oaky, proves that oak aged IPA can work.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is true oatmeal cookie with lots of spicy cinnamon, brown malts, toast, caramel, touch of cocoa powder, vanilla, more cinnamon thoughout. Flavour is fairly sweet with a moderate bitter. Body is medium. Delivers as promised and then some.

Bottle shared with ShivanDragon. Big roasted malt aroma with tobacco, nuts, chocolate, and some vanilla. Nicely bittersweet flavour, roasty, lovely balance. Solid bitterness, bit chalky, body is full and thick. Quite amazing, right up my alley.

Карамелька классическая на аромате, солод приятно играет, без хмеля особого и горячи, легкая дымка с намеками на кофе. Цвет коричневый, пена быстро уходит. Вкус отличный, очень выверенный и сбалансированный, снова карамель, совсем легкие намеки на патоку и конфету. Ничего лишнего, идеальный баланс.

После 3 Sons на фесте очень классический стаут, сухо и очень много кофе, черный шоколад, небольшая кислинка в конце, ванили мало а бочка с ромом ощущается хорошо.

Аромат жженого солода, прям сильного жареного, сухость. Цвет черный, но не угольный. Вкус как и ожидалось очень горький от американского хмеля что не в стиль конечно.

Очень удивился этому стауту на фестивале. Много бочки сразу в запахе, прям брэнди слегка карамельный, изюм, слива, поджаренный солод, сухость. Во вкусе есть все перечисленые мотивы, но неожиданно добавляется весьма яркий острый перец, что совершенно неожиданно, он как будто слегка лишний в общей композиции. Интересный опыт, но много статов на фестивале было лучше. Это скорее старая школа.

Canned in October 2019. The age has mellowed the heavy yeast flavor, and now I actually taste a little bit of the orange peel. Still not my style, but at least its an improvement with age.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is resinous hops and malt with pine resin, caramel, fruits, some citrus and grapefruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Nicely resinous and bittersweet.

Can from Beer Republic. Aroma is lime, spicy notes, slight salt, some orange and pale malt. Flavour is mild sweet, body is light. Bit weak, not really my thing.
