Can: Poured a light clear pink color cider with good carbonation. Aroma of apple juice with some sweet raspberry notes. Taste is a mix of sweet apple juice with some fresh raspberry juice. Very refreshing though ends up being overly sweet.

2009 375ML. dark brown smells like apple, creamy cake, cherries. wood. smells amazing. Very oily, sweetness middle to end the end is insanely syrupy and sweet. juicy apple and pear. Lovely.

Bottle @ jbrus’s place. The essence of apples and apple dumplings in the aroma. Extremely sweet flavor, but that doesn’t bother me too much, because a strong fruity sourness provides some compensation. A very intense and delicious drink, but I’d prefer a world class beer above this.
