Bottled. A brown beer with a huge brown head. The aroma has notes roasted malt, and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, roasted malt, and wet hay, leading to a dry finish.

This is a black ale, with manuka honey and Belgian yeast. It was OK, kinda reminded me of 1516 from New Belgium. Nice roasty character, but fairly estery and the manuka pops through. One of the better offerings from these guys.

chestnut color. Malty, earthy mouth with a hint of whisky. Austere. Very malty, a touch dry, full bodied malty mouth. Rounded and fairly well put together, though a bit restrained on flavor. Fairly decent.

amber color. Healthy dose of crystal malts and decent bitterness. Not uberly well made, but ok.
