Can at home. I don’t often find myself in sour mood any longer but this weekend felt different. Appreciate the effort in this one. Amber pour which surprised me since I didn’t read description prior. Nos eis lime and oak. Nice vanilla woody oak barrel, lime for sure without overtly puckering, white wine, caramel, malt. Fairly sour

Undated can drunk 1/5/24.
Clear medium-amber-copper. Large, off-white head slowly to light covering.
Quite a bit of acidity in the nose, as is often the case for OEC. Not sure I pick out any wine, but maybe. Austere lime skin but no punchy, dominating lime juice. Vanilla and lingering oak with heavy lactic acidity lingering...
Big, malty, juicy, sour! Whew. That's a LOT of lactic acidity with good base malt adding biscuit and honey-like notes. Lime isn't overdone, but not sure it's needed given the already large intensity of acidity from the culture. I do appreciate that there is an strong attempt at a big, malty, round, deep body to balance. And it comes close...
