330ml bottle [very big thanks to Maddie for this one!]. Hazy, minimally reddish, dark brown colour with average, thick, creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Yeasty fruity and sweet-ish, wheat malty aroma, notes of banana, pear, peach, hints of treacle and dried fruit, raisin. Taste is sweet-ish, wheat malty and yeasty fruity, notes of pear, Grafschafter Birnenschmaus, hints of banana, baked banana, fresh green pear. Nice.

F: thin, tan, not long lasting. C: brown with dark coppery hazy hue against the light. A: malty, caramel, bit toffee, maple syrup, sweet fruity, bit boozy. T: medium malty backbone, caramel, herbal, fruity, bit pine, medium dry on the palate, full body and soft carbonation, nice decent bitterness, bit grapefruits traces, not bad, enjoyed, 33cl bottle from Beerwulf webshop.

330mml. Bottle tasted on the 20/11/2018 at Groningen (The Netherlands). Clear brown colour with a low tan head. Aroma is chestnut, intense toffee, sweet caramel malts and some dried fruits. Taste is chestnut, caramel malts and intense toffee. Finish is medium sweet and dry. Next one please!

7 3 7 3 14Bottle at home. Fairly hazy orange with a thin white head. Aroma of light fruits, light citrus, green weeds, floral notes and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.

0.33 l bottle from 'Drinks & Gifts', best before December 2019. Clear, deep amber with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish aroma of grains, some straw and traces of honey. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, malty and a little herbal taste of grains, straw, a touch of pine and traces of citrus, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little herbal and slightly earthy finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Probably the most boring beer from this brewery by far, where are the pine needles? Really disappointing!

0.33 l bottle from 'Drinks & Gifts', bottled in September 2018. Slightly hazy, deep ruby with a medium large, foamy, stable, off-white head. Sweetish, malty, gently yeasty-spicy aroma of caramel, overripe banana, nuts and some clove. Quite sweet, malty, minimally bitter, gently yeasty-spicy and a little fruity taste of caramel, overripe banana, nuts, some chocolate, a touch of raisins and traces of clove, followed by a short, slightly bitter, quite yeasty-spicy finish. Medium to full body, smooth, slightly creamy and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Solid Dunkelweizenbock, good to see such style executed without the obligatory but silly use of massive hopping.

F: big, white, good retention. C: dark gold with yeasty veils, hazy. A: malty, spicy, yeasty, grassy, bit orange, floral. T: malty, spicy, orange peels, coriander touch, floral, white pepper, light oily mouthfeel, grassy, medium to full body and higher carbonation, long lasting dry harmonic bitterness, taste is better than aroma so at least ok for me, enjoyed yet bit too strong saison, 33cl bottle from Beerwulf webshop.

Hazy orange colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour are strong with rye and also floral, resinous hop. Full bodied. Nicely bitter.
