A dark brown ale with a thin brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with loads of ground cherries, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart sweet fruity mix of strawberry pulp, molasses, interesting. On tap at Mondial 2018.

A hazed reddish copper ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light vinous notes, treacle, resinous and piney hops, pleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity caramel malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, treacle, light butterscotch, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Brother's Beer Bistro.

Canette de 473 ml. Nez de dry hop évident avec du pamplemousse à profusion accompagné de gazon, de fleurs, et dans une moindre mesure, de fruits tropicaux. De couleur dorée tirant sur l'ambré, légèrement voilé, le liquide se couvre d'une mousse d'épaisseur moyenne qui tient assez bien. Présence marquée de gazon en entrée de bouche, suivi d'une valse d'agrumes aux notes de pamplemousse, de citron, de fruits tropicaux. Palette plutôt fruitée qu'amère. Typique des NEIPA. Délicieuse et tout a fait dans le style.
