473 ml can. Murky medium amber with a small white head that lingers leaving patchy lace. Large quantity of floaters.. Nose is honey and caramel with light pine, tropical fruit and floral notes. Medium- caramel and fruit sweetness with a lighter pine bitterness, Mouth is medium-and oily with average carbonation. Not sure what the goal was here. 6/3/4/3/10

Dark mahogany with a large tight khaki coloured head that lingers and leaves right lace. Nose is coffee, cocoa, roast nuts, citrus, molasses, and pine resin. Light sweet molasses with a a big coffee,dark chocolate and pine bitterness. Mouth is medium+ and creamy with soft carbonation and a long bitter finish. 8/4/7/3+/15+

A hazed golden ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of Brett, citrusy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light doughy character, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, loads of Brett, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Oktoberfest de Repentigny 2018.

Tap at Craft Brasserie, Toronto, 11th July 18. Pours a light orange. Aroma is orange blossom, aromatic. Taste is soft, aromatic, floral, orange, some citrus. It's a good one.

Canette 473 ml. Notes olfactives de résine de houblon, de fruits tropicaux, de pin, ainsi que d’un léger rôti, rappelant les toasts brulés. Belle mousse crémeuse de couleur moka qui persiste bien, sur un liquide noir et opaque. L’attaque est fortement empreinte de torréfaction avec une finale sèche et résineuse. Contrairement à l’olfactif, les houblons laissent toute la place à la torréfaction. Notes de café amère, moka, brownies et en finale, de la résine de pin. Corps moyennement plein et effervescence assez élevée. J’aurais préféré un meilleur équilibre houblon / torréfaction. Finale avec une très grande amertume de torréfaction. Correcte.

Canette 473ml. Couleur orange fade trouble, mousse beige ayant une bonne tenue et laissant une belle dentelle. Arôme de malt, poussiéreux, levure, alcool. Goût d'orange, très maltée, pointe d'alcool, amertume moyenne-élevée, poussiéreux. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

Canette 473 ml dégustée le 13 avril 2018. La première chose notée c’est qu’elle ne mousse pas beaucoup. De couleur ambrée, très floue avec une petite mousse éphémère. Un nez typique de dry hop avec beaucoup de résine, des fruits tropicaux, de la pêche, de la mangue, avec un profil assez malté aux notes de caramel. Amertume résineuse et tranchante. Alcool assez présent qui en fait une IPA correcte mais à complexité limitée.
