2017 Quebec beer run, enjoyed at the pub with some of their recommended chili. Has a cascade effect, golden colour with an amber hue, a creamy warm cap, good retention and creamy thick lacing. Smooth lactose-like nose with hints of caramel malts. Smooth silky mouthfeel, slightly creamy. Light caramel malts with decent hops in the background. Very smooth cream ale that goes down nicely with the food here.

2017 Quebec beer run, enjoyed at the pub with some of their great chili. Cascade effect with an almost black colour, a creamy mocha-coloured head, everlasting and good lacing. Molasses aromas over roasted malts and hints of coffee. Roasted malts in the taste with some nice bitterness. Again, molasses and coffee. Creamy mouthfeel at first, with a dry finish. A nice dry stout that is easy and smooth to drink.

Some florals and some light citrus. Golden pour with good head and lacing. Easy drinking. Light sweet malty finish. Bottle thanks to Mr. Chopin.

A golden amber ale with a thin creamy lacing light mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light peated notes, grassy hops, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with light peated notes, grassy hops, light mineral notes, very balanced. On tap at brewery.
