12 oz can purchased at Royal Liquor in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a clear golden orange with a noisy one inch white head that falls pretty quick. The aroma is resin, dried floral, toasted malt and a bit of pine. The taste is the hops upfront, primarily bitter resin and pine, though the dried floral character is present towards the back as well. Decently balanced with the cracker malt. The palate is medium to light bodied, average carbonation and a dry mineral bitter resin finish. Easy drinking, well made IPA.

750mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out rich roasted malt, brandy barrels, and wood. Flavour is super roasty, with loads of roasted malt, dry powdery unsweetened cocoa, and really not any of the brandy. The barrel aging is very subtle - I don't get much if at all of the barrels. Very roasty, heavy impie stout. Excellent stuff.

750 mL bottle from Nikki’s, Providence. Pours a hazy orange color with a thin creamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of big funk, pepper, yeast, dry apricot, wine finish. The taste is tart, dry apricot, tannic wine notes, apple, yeast, mild pepper finish. Medium bodied, low carbonation, mild lingering spice. Nice beer.

Fruity-funky in the nose, Hazy orange with a thick white head in the glass. The beer starts fruity, horse-blanket farmhouse-style typical. The mainpart is a bit yeasty-funky, fruity. Hints of wood. The apricot is there in the background, but the pepper is not tastable. Probably somewhere in the funkiness and sour hints in the end. The aftertaste is long, fruity-sourish, yeasty, spicy.
Very interesting brew and very close to a real Belgian Farmhouse-Ale! --> 12/12/11/12

Draft - Sweet grapefruit and a nice malt backbone. Clear copper with a rich beige head. Sweet caramel and and a bit of pine and resin. Nice balanced DIPA.

Bottle pours with a hazy gold body that supports a light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up Belgian yeasty spices, a mix of sweet apple esters and citrus hops. Pretty big malt sweetened aroma. The taste is similar where I get a mix of malt sweetened citrus hops, apple to ripe peach like esters and then it dries out into the finish with lingering hop and grape skin tannic bitterness. Nice.

On draft at Churchkey DC. Pours a hazy gold with a thick off white head. Funky nose. Flavors of Leno , tart green apple and sea salt. Smooth tart finish.

750 mL bottle from Nikki’s, Providence, opened 12/12/13. Pours a hazy orange color with a medium sized dense creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of pale buttery malts, citrus, stone fruits, spice, perfume notes, dry white grapes and mild wood. The taste is dry citrus, peach, white wine, some doughy notes, wood, mild zest and marzipan. Medium bodied, slight booze. Solid.

Draft. A- Fruit, spices, yeast. A- Golden color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Yeasty, banana, cloves, skunky, eggs. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, skunky finish. O- Not near was I was hoping for. The flavors were unbalanced and needed a lot of work.
