An amber ale with a very thin off white head. In aroma, light cinnamon and caramel malt, some ginger, a bit powdery and muskey. In mouth, a crisp caramel malt with an oily mouthfeel, some sharp herbal spices, quite nice. On tap at brewpub, Nov. 6 2010

Hazy burgundy coloured with a thin white head. Sweet fruity aroma, but not of blueberry! More tart smelling, like a rasperry. In mouth, a standard blonde with light berry notes, light bodied. Rather plain, apart of the colour. On tap, Bieres et Saveurs, Sept. 2 2006.

A black beer with a collapsing brown head. The aroma is sweet roasted but quite light. The flavor is sweet and nicely roasted, but also with some sour hints.

A hazy kriek-red beer with a small pinkish head. The aroma is of blueberries, while the flavor is sweet and very berry - with blue berries standing out, but the body is thin.

An unclear pale yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty combined with notes of citrus. The flavor is sweet and very lemony on a wheaty background, giving it a dry end. I can’t find the spices, that have gone into this one.
