A dark reddish brown ale with a thick creamy mocha head. In aroma, sweet peaty malt with dark fruits, light off sulfury notes, a bit strange. In mouth, sweet dark woody malt, lightly peaty, dark fruits, burned sugar, light fusel alcohol, veering on dunkelbock. On tap at brewpub, Dec. 22 2012 2012.

A hazed amber ale with a thin super thick frothy and lacing mocha head. In aroma, a sweet grassy caramel malt with light cinnamon notes, herbaceous, not bad. In mouth, a Vienna like beer with smooth nutty malt with grassy notes, OK. On tap at brewpub, Dec. 22 2012 2012.

Dark brown. Thin head. Lots if coffeeish notes have me thinking breakfast. Light body but the bitter, chocolatey finish makes up for it. Simple, easy-going stout.

Dull brown. No head. Aroma has paint, diacetyl and goodness knows what else - I pulled my nose away. Sweet with some nice caramels and dark sugars. Then it gets electrical wire burnt. This brewery is rocking the qc problems in 2012.

Muddy amber. No head. Aroma is a bit foul, taste is bland and sweet. Not undrinkable, but you wouldn’t call it professional quality beer either as it looks terrible and has no flavour development.

Originally rated in 2006. Sampled at the brewpub itself this past September. Poured a deep red-pink colour looking a bit like Kool-Aid (fruit punch). The head dissipated fast. Very mild nose of berry juices with hints of sourness. The mouthfeel was so thin, it was almost like pure water. Grainy cereal malt taste start and that was about it. No fruit and no sourness. Reminded me of Coors Light with fruit colouring.

Originally rated December 2006. Sampled at the brewpub itself this past September. Poured a cloudy golden colour with a white frothy head, good retention, small lace and light carbonation. The nose was very mild with just the yeast aroma. Mostly watery mouthfeel with very mild tart. Light sourness at first, but goes into the Belgian white yeast and had a small touch of corriander. Refreshing brew (as my mouth was dry that day), but lacking a bit of taste (orange zest).
