O:5.86 V:4.7 G:6.99 C:4.75 G:12.4 T:34.7

Bottle: Poured a light clear golden color ale with a bubbly white head with minimal retention and no lacing. Aroma of tart and green apple notes with light residual sugar notes. Taste is a very drinkable mix of green apple with some tart notes and some light cereal notes with just enough residual sugars. Body is light with medium carbonation. Very drinkable with nice level of complexity but as others have mentioned, it is too expensive for the experience and the bottle is a pain to actually open.
