KRS 140315. Aroma is citrus, lemon, orange, sugar, malt, yuzu. Flavour is sourness, lemon, citrus, orange, sugar, malt, yuzu, tangerine. Nice beer.

75cl bottle share @ SHAPE’s NFL Fantasy Draft. Thanks Mark. Léger orangé trouble, col fin blanc. Arôme au bouquet fruité d’agrumes bien présent surtout au niveau yuzu mais le bouquet lambic reste cependant trop discret. Palais offre un profil intéressant, fruité avec un yuzu bien dominant qui tir vert un fruité de citron vert avec un petit côté herbacé rappelant la coriandre. Autant le fruité est bien là en évidence autant le lambic est quais absent, retrouve rien en terme de sa complexité si ce n’est un fini restant trop doux. Sympa, facile à boire avec un fruité très efficace.

Light brown colour with a good formation of a white heaqd with medium duration. Aroma has notes of some floral hops with fruity notes. Flavor is slightly caramel, peachy hints with good maltiness. Bitterness in the final with medium duration.,

Bottle, 75cl corked. An unclear, amber colored beer topped by a small, beige head. The aroma is vinous and caramelish, with lots of dried fruits, some berry hints, tree sap, red wine and a faint cellary, woody hint. It’s full-bodied, warming and nicely carbonated, it’s lightly oxidized and with flavors of dried fruits, caramel, tannin-ish wine and some berry notes and some citrus zest. Lasting, vinous finish with lots of flavor. Wow, really nice this one, very complex and sure more-ish. Lovely indeed. 150814

Bottle. A dense, light tan head forms lacings over a black body. The aroma is on the sweetish side, with lots of chocolate, coffee and salty licorice. Some diacetyl like notes that might as well be the popcorn supposedly added. The flavor is sweet indeed, but not bad, with roasted malts, dark chocolate and molasses. It’s full-bodied, almost sticky and with a soft and pleasant carbonation. Long sweet and dark malty finish. Obviously too much this one, but it’s nice and tasteful anyway. Made to shear. 150814
