Op tap bij Cannibale Royale Handboogsteeg. Goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Grassig, licht granig, lichte moerasgeur, smaak is medium zoet, moutig, hint van honing, grassig bitter, heeft we iets Duits maar mist de balans. Lichte body.

Aroma of fruits, citrus, yeast, spicy notes, hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and slightly tart with a moderate bitter finish. Restrained use of Saison yeast. Quite tasty and refreshing.

Aroma of dark malt, sweet chocolate, some roast, liquorice, hint of dark fruits, herbs, touch of Brett. Flavour is medium sweet with a moderate roasty bitter finish. Not your typical Imperial Stout, a bit less intense but it has an interesting mix of flavours. I especially liked the subtle Brett touch.

Bottle at home. Aroma is wheat, zesty citrus peel, tropical fruit notes, dough, hoppy notes. Flavour is light sweet and moderate to medium bitter. Body is almost medium. Very nice tropical citrus Weizen!
