Two Chefs Brewing started in 2012 with the desire to completely stock our homes with home made funky beers and we haven’t stopped brewing since. We always aim to provoke the conventional and we like to stick out our tongue to the familiar.

Can from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Aroma is citrussy hop with orange, some pine, fruit peel, tropical notes. Flavour is medium bitter with a light sweetness. Medium body. Citrussy, zesty, light piney. Decent.

From tap at De Brasserie, Emmen. Sweet and tropical with soft pale malt, oats, ripe fruits, mango. Finishes a bit boozy and sweet with a moderate to medium bitterness. Sippable.

Can from Little Beershop, Utrecht. Heavy on the caramel and toffee with notes of vanilla and dark malt. Fairly sweet flavour with a light bitterness. Medium body.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Hop-forward BIPA with orange, grapefruit, some pine, soft roasted malt. Medium bitter, light sweet. Piney with a hint of chocolate, medium body.

From tap at De Brasserie, Emmen. Brown malts and hops. Fruity with orange, light pine, roast and notes of chocolate. Moderate to medium bitter. Body is medium. Nice and hoppy Brown, like it.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Fruity and bitter with zesty citrus, grapefruit, orange peel, white grape, light pine and malt. Bitter and somewhat dry finish, medium body. A very nice bitter New Zealand IPA.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Bittersweet and strongly hopped with citrus, stone fruits, orange, malt, some pine. Flavour is firm bittersweet. Body is medium. Potent classic DIPA.
