Cask at the great British winter beer festival. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with a halo white head. Aroma is tangy lemon, pineapple, flavour Is composed of semi sweet, pineapple, tangy. Plastic. Flavour is composed of semi sweet white sugars, tangy, bile. Palate is semi sweet, yangy Moderate carbonation. Fine.

BIAB at Ciderdog Fest 2024, Miller pub London. Clear pale golden colour, no head and aroma of elderflower, apple flesh, citric. Taste is sweet, apple, elderflower, syrupy, citric acidic. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet elderflower finish. Quite OK, quite sweet

BIAB at Ciderdog Fest, Miller pub London. Orangey gold colour, white bubbly head and aroma of ripe apple, fruit, funk. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, fruity, stone fruit notes, with some acidity and tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

Keg @ Ye Olde Cider Bar, Newton Abbot. Pale gold appearance. Gently fruity sweet aroma. Expected a crisp fresh palate and lively fruitiness for a keg cider, but it falls a bit short, coming across somewhat syrupy sweet not massively fruity, watered down perhaps, with a mild carbonation. Ok.

Clear 500ml bottle: BBE May 2025, obtained from a local shop in Witheridge, Devon. Drank on 12th February 2024 at my fathers place. Bright, clean and clear golden body, no head. It is a crisp apple tasting drink and it's fine.

500ml bottle from Greendale Farm shop, Exeter. Clear pale golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, fruit, sulphur hint. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, tangy, with earthy tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium dry tangy tannic finish. Quite OK.
