Bottle from Darts Farm Shop near Exeter. Peachy-pink colour, very light fizz. There's a bit of real cideryness in this - some dry apple skins and even a little farmyard funk. Then there's raspberry syrup laid over the top, but it's definitely not as sweet and fake as many in this category. Overall it's light and refreshing and I rather enjoyed it - it's not going to blow your socks off but it would certainly be a pleasant summer drink.

25/8/2022. From BIAB at the 43rd Peterborough Beer Festival. Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of medium sweet apple, caramel, light funk, straw. Medium to heavy sweetness, touch of tartness. Medium body, oily, very soft carbonation. Light dryness to finish, the sweetness mellowed and it improved as it did.
