Draught @ Shrewsbury Beer Festival, Sep 15. Pours clear yellow with light scrumpy aroma. Taste is tight and dry with a nice light fruitiness. Not bad.

On cask at Henryโs Bar, Paignton, Devon. Appearance - pale golden with no head and no bubbles. Nose - dry tangy apples. Taste - more of the same. Palate - light bodied with a tangy texture and a dry tangy finish. Overall - decent cider and very drinkable given the ABV.

500ml bottle from Tuckers Maltings. Clear pale yellow colour, fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, hay, earthy. Taste is sweetish and tart apple, straw, earthy, woody, bittersweet with light tannin. Spritzy mouthfeel, light bodied, high carbonation, dry earthy finish. OK.

500ml bottle from Tuckers Maltings. Clear pale golden colour with a shortlived fizzy white head. Aroma of apple, fruity, melon, oak, barnyard. Tangy apple flavour with barnyard & woody oak notes, plus some dry tannins. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry earthy tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Polycask @ NWAF 2013, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England.ABV: 7.5%. Light unclear light medium yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet sweet apples, sugary apple, paint - thiner, sugary. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet apples, sugary apples. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20130124]

Bottle. Sour/vinegar apple aroma. Light yellow with moderate but quickly dissapating head. Sweet-sour apple cider flavor - strong acidity and moderation carbonation. Between a dry and sweet cider.

Bottled from Middle Farm drunk at Chris_oโs HogTownHarry meet up. Clear gold with no head. Some baby vomit on aroma. Pretty harmless in mouth, some apple juice, no dryness even for a medium. Apple juicy on finish, aroma is not terrific, but rest is fine.
