[ As Winkleigh Autumn Scrumpy - Medium Dry ].ABV: 7.5%. Clear light yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, wrinkled apples, light pear. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, apples, wrinkled apples, medium dry, pear notes, tart apples notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. Bottle @ home. Golden colour. Quite a sweet cider. A bit of honey in the taste. Also wood/oak. Nice. Medium body, nice carbo.

Draught at Ye Olde Cider Bar. Clear yellow-gold body, dotted spots on the glass, shiny naked surface. Mid-sweet apples and earth on the nose. Taste of Juicy fruits, apples and pears, tart and sweet. Smooth and clean in the mouth. Pretty alright, even for a very restrained cider drinker. (Newton Abbot 28.04.2017).
