Bottle from the Shops at Dartington. Appearance - golden and pale. Light carbonation. Nose - fresh apple but also apple skin. Taste - more of the same. Palate - supposed to be sweet but good acid means it's cleansing on the finish. Overall - good.

Bottle from the Food Shop in Dartington. Appearance - golden yellow and there's gentle carbonation. Nose - like the crisp version there's a dry apple apple skin thing going on. Hay too. Taste - more of the crispness, there's more sweetness in the middle but still a tart finish. Palate - medium bodied and tangy, nice balance of sweet and dry. Overall - good stuff.
