Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering Ulfborg 2016, Day 1. Clear pale yellow pale golden color, small white lacing. Aroma is appplepeel, dried apples. Taste starts out decently sweet with some ripe apples but indeed finishes quite dry. Not bad though, I quite like it.

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Clear pale yellow. Interesting mouldy apple skin aroma. Dry with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Green apples, lots of appleskins, notes of soil, leather and metal. A touch of resin in the finish.

Bottle. Dark yellow colour. Moderate nice apple aroma. Powerfull nice apple flavor. Woody and vanilla notes from the barrel. Average nice finish. Not as acidic as other great ciders but nice balance. Oily palate.
