In der Nase leicht fruchtig, wenig Aroma. Im Trunk blumig, fruchtig, crispy, Beeren, dann malzig, leicht alkoholisch. Lecker!

Can from the Grumpy Goat, Reading. Deep gold with a negligible white head and a rather prickly fizz. Tart up front with a little earth and light salt, then the body fills out with a pleasant lemon and lime flavour. Mildly dry finish. Decent.

I initially read the name of this beer as being of the Oud Bruin style but soured Bruin makes a more logical reading given the taste I figure. It is not really Bruin maybe in character either but it has an interesting milk chocolate quality that is quite unlike Oud Bruin. I got a glass of this at BeerTemple in Amsterdam. I got a dark brown beer with a massive thick creamy mocha & coffee head. Nose is dissimilar from taste having some lesser USA Oud Bruin notes meaning mild glue & paint with soured thicker dark bread & berries. Taste is very interesting it is like soured milk chocolate with dark bread, lactose sweetness, first the soured thick bready mouthfeel and taste leading into lingering sweet & sour milk chocolate finish and a fitting thick creamy body. Very interesting and unusual profile that highly appealed to me. Cherry is not very prominently preasant, well maybe some sweet dark cherry but who cares, it worked very well & that is the most important thing.

12oz can. Not sure why this couldn't be classified as Session IPA, as it really drinks like one. Medium bodied, very sessionable but not watery or bland either. Enjoyable hop tone., modern, but still sort of mostly a classic West Coast feel. Some earthy tones from the dry hopping presumably. Perhaps a pinch past its prime, but the first time I've seen it in WI. Pretty good. Should definitely be classified as a Session IPA.

Flesje gedeeld door Tomhendriksen. Goudgeel bier met weinig schuim. Weinig aroma. Smaak is zuur en niet lekker.

Fles gedeelt met Inoven, tot mijn spijt. Droge zure gootsteen rommel. Valt me ontzettend tegen van deze brouwer.

Draft at beertemple. Aroma of vanilla, cherry, oak and malt. Taste has vanilla, oak, mild cherry, tart and a mildly sour finish. Nice.

Can at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head and a few bubbles. The aroma is malt, light woody citrus hop. The flavour is light bitter with a light, slightly watery, crisp, light fruit, light dry floral hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
