Das "Kirschbier" vom Burgbräuhaus Belzig, vom Faß im Burgbräuhaus beim Brauereifest zum Herrentag 2025. Laut Auskunft des Personals mit Kirschsaft gebraut, als "Radler". - Leicht künstliches Himbeerrot. - In der Nase noch einigermaßen natürliche Kirsche. - Im Antrunk limonadenartig dünn, spritzig, leicht scharfe und billig wirkende Limonadenaromen. Im Abgang ruppige, scharfe Bittere ohne Hopfenaromen. Unangenehm blecherner, derb bitterer Nachgeschmack. - Ziemlich bescheidene Brühe.

Stayed at the brewpub (above the Ice Cream Parlour) on 1st Aug 2018 and tried all four of their beers on tap that evening. Lost/found the tasting notes while tidying the house during the virus lockdown on 11th Apr 2020, so added this for my own reference rather than for others to take note of: This was the clearest of their four beers and most likely my favourite, still had a slight haze though. Brown with a beige head it was fairly sweet and mildly herbal in flavour, good malty base with a caramel leaning.

Lost/found the tasting notes while tidying the house during the virus lockdown on 11th Apr 2020, so added this for my own reference rather than for others to take note of: red hue to the misty amber body, decent head. Light caramel front to the aroma and taste, therefore a bit sweeter than their Helles and for me a slightly better beer (I have a sweet tooth).

Slight citrus leaning in both the nose and taste, surprised by that. Not great though!

Not your usual banana and clove smelling/tasting Hefe-Weizen, this is more wheaty and grainy in nature.

Burgbräu Winterbier, vom Faß am Stand der Brandenburger Bierstraße auf der Grünen Woche 2020. Mit 15,2 % Stammwürze ist das streng genommen noch kein Bock. - Rotbraun, trüb. - Zum Geruch habe ich keine Notizen - das ist im Duftgemisch der Grünen Woche untergegangen ... - Antrunk hefeweich und satt dunkelmalzig mit Mokka, Bitterschokolade, Karamel und Trockenobst (Kirsche). Frische zitronige Spitzen, wenig hopfenherb. Angenehm dezente Süße. Rund und glatt, nicht so vollmundig aber von kräftigem Malzkörper. Im Abgang karamellige Malzsüße und feine Kaffeeherbe, leichte hopfenwürzige Noten. - Runde Kombination von Mokka und feiner zitroniger Hopfung. (21.1.2020.)
