At the source with the Fam. My batch listed at only 3.4% with 23 IBU. Gold with a creamy, white head. Orange peel aroma. Taste is mildly bitter and citric over a light body with a mildly watery texture. Still, there’s enough character to keep it interesting. Pleasant and refreshing on a warm night.

At the source with the Fam. Dark red with a frothy head. Aroma of burnt grains and honey. Moderate bitter with roasted overtones on a rich, malty base. Medium bodied, moderate to mild carbonation. Crisp, mildly bitter finish. Overall good balance. Nice.

Red with a creamy, beige head. Aroma of toasted grains and toffee. Bittersweet with honey underneath a mildly hoppy spiciness and faint berry-like notes. Moderate bitter at the end. Medium bodied, smooth, delicate feel on the tongue. Good.

Can shared at ABC 2026, Müntlix. Chestnut brown color with beige head. Aroma of caramel, light candies, spicy hops. Taste is caramel malty with toasty notes, candies, light chocolate, dried fruits.

On tap at Altstadthof, pours a clear dark amber with a medium beige head. Aroma is full of plums, toasted nuts, and bready caramel. Flavour is malty, with plenty of plum, bready caramel, toffee, and toasted nuts. Nice malty depth, with red fruits on the finish. Good stuff.

On tap at Altstadthof, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a medium tan head. Aroma has dark toasted malt, light earthiness, and a hint of coffee grounds. Flavour is full-bodied for the style, with some roast, toasted malt, earthiness, and a touch of coffee grounds. Smooth, creamy palate. Solid.

On tap at Altstadthof, pours a hazy dark amber with a medium beige head. Aroma has plenty of bready malt and toasted caramel. Flavour is malty and moderately sweet, with bready caramel, toffee, and toasted malt. A bit too much residual sweetness but reasonably brewed nonetheless. Alright.
