Myself and partner Sue began brewing hand crafted beers in our garden shed, with just two fermenters and a four barrel plant, the ales were bottled in the kitchen!
The brewery started in 2002 initially as Leek Brewery in the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands.
In 2012 the name Leek Brewery was dropped and changed into Staffordshire Brewery.

Clear pale gold with, with a bubbly white head, and a touch of sweet biscuit malt and a hint of citrus on the nose. Very fizzy, with a light malty taste to begin with, before the chilli heat kicks in: the spice is quite harsh and overpowering, albeit on the mild side, and lasts well into the finish and aftertaste

Bottle, gift from friends in Bristol. Poured clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of malt, hops, citrus, grass. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Slight oily texture, average carbonation. Ok.

25/12/2020. Bottle from my son Christmas Day 2020. Pours deep tawny brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of malt, toffee, bread, hops and dried fruits. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Sweet, warming, mild spiced finish. Quite drinkable.

[ As Staffordshire Danebridge IPA ].
ABV: 4.5%. Clear light to medium golden yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, cookie - biscuit malt, light butterscotch - marmalade hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, marmalade hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180804]

[50cl bottle from the Co-op, Milton, Staffs.] An opaque brown pour with an amber gleam and a tight beige head; coffee aroma; sweet in the mouth with a silky body and coffee and caramel flavours. A satisfying stout.
