Can to snifter.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in the glass with a two and a half fingers of khaki foamy head which died off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: roasted hazelnuts, cocoa powder, coffee roastiness, chili peppers and the vanilla slides in underneath
Flavor: seems to do a pretty good job of combining the prior noted aromas to a fair sweet to spicy to gentle roasty undertone; finishes with the chili peppers, some cocoa powder and coffee tones
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; some smoothness but also a bit of stickiness with a light dusting of the chili peppers providing the heat I was somewhat expecting.
Overall: that was quite the interesting experience, I'd say. And to be honest, I think I could bang this one again.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: bright copper color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: tropical fruit cup of hops with some red grapefruit and some sugars; clean caramel/toffee malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet blend; finishes tropical fruity and malty
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; slight smooth capabilities
Overall: not a bad TIPA, perhaps I could come back to this.

Can to stange glass.
Appearance: cloudy orange/copper color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which settled off at a nice pace to leave some light lace.
Aroma: a good amount of sour-ed wheat with sweet and tart features to it, good dose of lemon and a light touch of lacto/sour
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sour/tart and slightly sweet undertone; finishes sour wheaty with tart and lemony sweet
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; touch of smoothness and with a nice pop of the tart wheaty bite to the tongue
Overall: for all the times this brewery confuses me (as up and down as they have been with me), finally they got this beer down correctly, but then again, I guess Westbrook sold them the recipe, did I read that right? I'd still come back to this.

Appearance: golden copper semi-cloudiness with a two finger white foamy head which died off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: actually smells just like lemonade and with a little bit of lemon zest and a light tone of honey then some bready malts
Flavor: seemed odd because there was the tart to semi-sour sort of vibe from the lemonade quality; finishes more like lemonade than beer
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness but also the noted lemonade subtle zippy feature
Overall: is there a beer in here somewhere? Because I swear I was drinking lemonade the whole time and honestly didn't see much of any sort of "IPA" quality with this. Seemed somewhat of a gimmicky beer but hey, I'm sure I'll still find other Evil Twin beers to tick on Brewver so it is what it is, I guess.

Appearance: semi-bright copper color with a two finger white foamy head which settled off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light citrusy and floral hop tones over top of a light biscuity/bready malt backbone
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fair bitter to slightly bittersweet quality; finishes malty to slightly citrusy hoppy (but the hop part really seems like a stretch)
Texture: about medium bodied - maybe a touch under; sessionable; some smoothness but a light dry aspect to it
Overall: seems like a modernized pilsener where you don't know if it's a German one or a Czech one, but to be honest, that's okay because this was brewed nice enough to warrant more pours.

Aroma: lemon to grapefruit and some citrus zest with some pine and light bready malts
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fair bitter to bittersweet sort of appeal; finishes citrusy and grapefruity
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness along the tongue; light hop zesty asssertiveness
Overall: nicely done aromas and flavors, the texture isn't bad but possibly be smoothed out just a wee bit more.

Flavor: seems to encompass a nice blend of the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet semi-juicy quality; finishes mango-like and peachy
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being sessionable; some good smoothness and a touch of dryness.
Overall: hey look at that - sometimes Evil Twin can do a pretty good IPA. I would return to this.

Appearance: soft yellow/golden color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated at a nice pace to leave some light lace.
Aroma: soft wheaty tones, light citrusy notes, coriander and a light eucalyptus
Flavor: intertwines the prior noted aromas a to fine citrusy sweet to salty and wheaty sweet quality; finishes semi-salty with the coriander and eucalyptus
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; light smoothness and a little bit of a pop from the coriander as the eucalyptus adds to the mix of stifling some of the wheaty grip
Overall: I actually liked this as I wasn't exactly sure how "gose" - like this would be and it turns out it's more "gose"-like than I thought, maybe I expected more of a tart or sour edge to the wheat in this but I like I said earlier, I think that eucalyptus maybe stifled it a bit.

Aroma: bourbon barrel woody tones up front, light vanilla, maple syrup note, dark chocolate and milk chocolate
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fair sweet to woody subtle spicy tone; finishes woody/barrel to vanilla and milk chocolate
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper; good smoothness; some maple sweetness lingering along the tongue
Overall: I think the maple was trying to become semi-cloying in the feel but somehow this was somewhat contained, I believe I could come back to this.
