Can at home. Opaque pinkish pour with a white head. Nose is intense raspberry, acidic notes, some rhubarb, citruses, a hint of vanilla. Taste is surprisingly sour right from the first sip, it’s also heavily fruity with notes of raspberry, citruses, rhubarb again and lactic acid touches. There’s a hint of vanilla too. Closes with a sour finish, has a light to medium body and soft to average carbonation. Decent sour, but the pastry character is lost on me tbh.

Panda thanks to Ed Danlo. A clear reddish copper coloured pour with no head. Aroma is nice auld brun brown sugars, bruised apple, mild sour, tangy funk, Belgian brun. Musty funk on the nose. Flavour is composed of super sour, citric acid, mild burning vinegar, brown sugars, sour vinous funk, Palate is super sour and prickly. moderate carbonation.

Thin beige head left a spotty cover on a clear pale golden coloured body.
Sweet citrus aroma.
Medium bodied, sharp with a dry back.
Berries, coriander, earthy & floral tastes with a delicate white wine finish.

Аромат необычный даже для крафта. Очень сладкий и даже слегка приторный от ванили и меда, есть еще что то типо зефира со вкусом груши, ягод больше нету особо. Цвет полу мутный, темно красный, пенка небольшая. Вкус еще слаще, много груш уже, есть меда немного а также ваниль уже больше в послевкусие. В целом сладко и прикольно.

Аромат весьма цитрусовый, есть нотки от лимона и грейпфрута. Есть сухость от хмеля сильная, но нету горячи особой. Цвет ярко желтый, приятная пенка. Вкус сильный от хмеля, даже уникальный. Цитрусы сначала, затем как будто ментол на языке. При глотке особая кислинка в стиле, что радует. Снова много цитрусовых, сухость на языке от листьев, но без горячи почти. В целом хорошая кислая ипа.

В аромате вроде бы и есть заявленные бананы и немного других тропиков, но есть при этом очень странная яблочная кислинка, как будто как из чужого стиля. Текстура как у смузи, цвет бананов, пены нету. Вкус такой же, за тропиками идет странная кислинка с намеками на моченые яблоки, что очень ризанирует с остальными нотками, на финише почти без бананов. В целом норм но на один раз.
