Full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes watery, earthy, berry notes, bit medical, spices, peppery, some solvent. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of berry notes, earthy and spicy notes. Decent, a bit on the watery side.

Bottle - Vintage 2014 - Light vinegar, some cherry pit and an almost savory notes. Clearish gold with a small white head. Light sourness, cherry pit, light woody notes and a touch of that savory character. I think this is past its prime.

Flavour is composed of semi sweet, funky, musty funk, salty white grape. waxy citrsu . Palate si semi sweet, oily paint, tangy. nice.

Bottle split at L6, picked up in Italy, 25/07/18. Lightly hazed golden amber with a decent off white cap. Nose is dusty fruits, funk, oak, green berry must, pissy citric shreds, damp straw. Taste comprises grape must, funk, vinous, hedgerow, damp straw, lemon drizzle, barnyard esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced acidity. Decent sour especially when you consider the relatively low ABV.

Bottle shared in London - cheers! Pours clear orange-gold with a slight foamy head. Nice all around, mild funk, melon, ripening citrus, pale wood. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Tart finish, lightly acidic, more woody dryness. Sound.

Bottle thanks to Colin. It pours hazy dirty golden with a small white head. The aroma is earthy, musty, toasted nut, umami, damp wood, leather and spritzy sherbet. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, sweaty, earthy, apricot, peachy, umami, sour nectarine, musty, lactic, damp leaves, wet rope and tannin with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not bad.

Level 6 Bottleshare. Light haze on this gold beer, tiny pale cream colour head. Smooth and semi dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Light smooth malts, mildly sweet. Bitterish woody gueuzey citrus on the back end. Quite approachable.

Il naso riconosce il frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il manto superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma cremosa e importante. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. La carbonazione è nella norma. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è medio in equilibrio con l'amaro medio. L'intensità gustativa è normale, con continuità sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali che permangono sono di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma porta sentori di miele, pane, frumento, cereali, agrumi e arancia.
