From bottle at Harbour Lights, Falmouth, Cornwall, on tour to 22 southern counties with OGJ and EE 04.01.18. Clear dark golden. White head is diminishing to nothing. Refreshing aroma and taste of fresh apples, apple zest, sulphur and leather. Bitterness is lingering on.

Im Camelot Castle Hotel in Tintagel/UK 2018-08 getrunken. Dieser rotgoldene Cider kommt mit einem sehr vollen Apfelaroma und mit einer fast zurückhaltenden Säure daher. Sehr stimmige Aromakombination.

On draft at Carnival Inn (JDW), Bridgwater. Pours clear pale golden yellow with a fint bubbly head. Aroma: more apples than pears, cooked fruits, minerals. The pears are more apparent in the taste, it's lightly tart citric, sweet pears, apples, hint of gooseberry dryness in the finish. Light body with light carb.

Bottle at home, 03/08/18. Clear copper golden with a collapsing off white cap. Nose is tangy apple skins, light funk, caramel, sweet notes. Taste comprises sweeter apple notes, caramel, straw, light sugars. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

Taste: not as strange as the aroma, soursweet, fruity. Light to medium sweetness, light appley sourness. Drinkable.
