On tap at Sir William’s Pub. Pours just slightly hazy golden color. Nice nose with some cellar notes and some sourness. Taste follows, just a hint of fruity sweetness, cellar soury body. Light and refreshing. Not a fan of ciders, but this one was nice.

On tap. Pours a clear gold with lots of carbonation but no head. Aromas of dry apples, lemon and a bit of farmyard. Flavors of apple skins and applesauce - a bit sweet and tart. Clean and refreshing

Keg at the Spade Oak, Bourne End. Pale gold with a moderate fizz. Slightly sweet but tangy apple up front, then a touch of spice before a lightly dry, apple peel finish. Not a bad cider, certainly more tasty than many of its compatriots.

Box @ Stable, Birmingham. Pours clear gold with a soft pure apple juice aroma. Has a slick, tightened acidity with a soft sour edge, lots of pure apple fruit. Good character, top cider.

500ml bottle. Clear golden orange colour. Aroma of ripe apple, leafy, summery. Taste of ripe apples, fresh, bittersweet. Finish is long and dry. Very nice and refreshing

500ml bottle. Clear pinky red colour. Aroma of apples and raspberries, quite sweet. Taste is also quite sweet, apples and raspberries again, nice balance between the two, medium finish. Nice, summery, refreshing, slightly too sweet for my palate but very nice.
