Bottle shared at chriso’s post-GBBF shindig 2014 - London. Pours unclear gold with a frothy white head. Lightly pissy, with lots of citrus, bread, esters, manure. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sugary finish, more bread and yeasty esters. Meh. Not great, even as tripels go.

On tap at Hoppy Days. Black colour, creamy frothy beige head. Aroma of a glass full of eggy farts, sulphur, really off. Flavour of hard-roasted malts, hint of leather, coffee beans, berries, bitter finish. Light bodied. Something was wrong here. Will re-rate when given the opportunity.

Bottle shared at Chriso’s post GBBF minidig, 16/08/14. Hazed light golden coloured pour with lasting white film of head. Aroma is dusty. musty, lager notes, some apple and a pinch of caramel. Flavour is composed of caramel biscuitmalts, little spices, berry. Palate is medium sweet, highish carbonation.
