Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours ruddy brown with a slight beige head. Aroma of sourish wood - a BFM sort of aroma. Med plus body. Flavor is sour, cherry, slightly musty wood. A little malty, but rather dry. Mild bitterness, but the sour cherry is the thing. Good flanders red style ale.

A hazed dark reddish amber DIPA with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with dark fruits, resinous hops and dank sulfur characters. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with dark fruits, pine needles, citrus pulp, resinous hops, very nice and solid for a 10 year old beer.

4/4/2021. Bottle shared at the first post-lockdown Ipswich beer share. From SHIG, cheers. Poured mid amber/brown with a small frothy off-white to beige head. Aroma of dried fruits, bread, toffee, malt, biscuit. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Finished the day off nicely.

Slowly sipping sublime ale. Boozy bourbon burn. Brown sugar, malt, darkness. Tastes like Alaska. #wolverine

Very nicely done. Subtle and excellent. Florals and tobacco. Dark plum. Maroon pour with good head and lacing. Nice balance. Great stuff. Took a while of wanting before I had a taste but this is good. Light sweet finish. Bottle.

Sample from 2017 bottle during the Alaska Beer: Glacial Awareness event on 06/20/2020. Opaque black pour with a medium khaki head that diminishes gradually to a film. Small patches of lace. Aroma of roast malt, coffee, chocolate and fruit. Full-bodied with flavors of burnt malt, espresso, dark chocolate, maple and dark fruit. The finish is roasty with a chocolatey malt aftertaste. Good beer all around.

22 oz bottle from Tavour, 10/4/20. Rich, brown color, tan head. Dark fruit, molasses, toffee, raisin, along with some bourbon and wood. Lots going on here. Big, bold flavors. Not lacking in heat, that's for sure, drinks every bit of it's 13%.

12oz can pours with a clear copper body that supports a thin light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up floral and pine hops swimming around in a pool of sweet smelling malts. The taste delivers a smooth blend of sweet malts, thick blunted bitter pine hops and a bit of floral hoppiness. This creates a nice smooth sweetness with plenty of hop thickness and depth to keep this interesting. Solid.
