Bottle at the De Molen second Tuesday tasting, April 2013. Poured a slightly hazy chestnut brown colour with a thin tan head and no lace. The aroma is rich, fruity and with some hoppy notes in the background. The flavour is spicy, a little dry and with a little sourness on the palate and in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Hazy brown color, medium frothy head. Aroma is fruity, brett, some pepper, slight roasted. Taste is bit sweet, bit bitter, some caramel. Unintentional? But nice.

Slightly hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of brett, funk, citrus, candy, warm saison notes and yeast. Bitter flavour, hops, light funk, very light sour note. Malty finish with lingering bitter hops.
Lovely beer, but my guess is it should either be drunk fresh, when the hops are more pronounced, or left to age a bit more for the brett to develop even better.
