Tap @ Nijmegen as Ruby. Dark reddish brown color, short head. Aroma of chocolate, slight toast, red fruit like cherry and raspberry. Medium bitter, fruity taste, slight sour. Great balance between the sweet and bitter dark beer like a soft porter, with the fruity funkiness of cherry and brett. Lovely beer.

Dark reddish brown colour, off-white head. Aroma of cherries, chocolate, raspberries and caramel. Light sweet flavour, sour raspberries, chocolate, light bitter, dark chocolate. Very fruity. Creamy texture. Fruity finish, sour raspberries, lots of cacao and chocolate.
Reminds me in some ways of a good bar of raspberry chocolate. Lovely beer!

Tap @ Nijmegen. Cloudy amber color, short head. Aroma is tart, with some lemon and lots of tangerine and orange. Some caramel. Sweet candy. Quite sour taste, sweet. Like a fruity fudge. Great, i love it
